Polini is an Italian joint stock company which specializes in the manufacture of minibikes and tuning parts for mopeds, scooters, and motorcycles. They also produce cylinders, variators, and miniature folding scooters called SkAtE as well as pocket bikes with 50cc up to 15hp.

Headquartered in Viale Piave 30, the company is owned by Carlo, Franco and Piero; the three sons of the company's founder.

The company was established after World War II by a former Italian soldier, Battista who on return from his service in the World War II started making bicycles. Later, with the introduction of the first Vespa and Lambretta scooters in the 1940s, the company launched in to the manufacturer of parts for these machines among others.

Today, the company has ventured in to the international market competing with companies like malossi for the number one manufacturer of scooter tuning and parts for all brands of motorcycles, including piaggio parts.
