"Green manure crop production and utilization of technology integration research and demonstration" project started in 2008 by the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Resources and Regional Planning Institute and Jiangxi, Yunnan, Gansu, Sichuan, Hunan, Anhui and Inner Mongolia, Hebei, Fujian, Henan and Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Huazhong Agricultural University, Northwest University and other 15 universities and research institutes committed plans to 3 years of research and project implementation, respectively, in the 15 pilot areas to establish core, integrated around 15 partial substitution of chemical fertilizer, cultivate the soil, improving the environment, improve crop yield and quality has a significant effect of green manure crops and the use of technical models in order to promote the recovery of green manure crop production and development, promoting agricultural ecological cycle.
