Here’s exactly what happens from the day you join, and what a managed month looks like after that.
Getting started
Joining
Usually takes a few days, depending on how quickly your content is ready.

A short conversation
You request access and tell us about your site. We reply personally and agree what’s needed.
- 02
Your site is set up
We install your Tortoiz theme with your content, then show it to you on a private preview address before anything goes public.
- 03
Your domain is connected
Your domain stays registered in your name, wherever you bought it. We point it at your site and copy your email settings across first, so your inbox is never interrupted.

Your client area opens
You get a private sign-in where you can see your site’s status, your plan, your invoices and every update.
After launch
A managed month
Hosting, SSL and uptime
Your site is served from a global network, fast wherever your visitors are.
Up to 3 small changes
Text, photos, prices, opening hours, a new team member, usually done within 2 working days. Just send an email.
Updates
Theme fixes and security updates are applied for you.
Every version saved
Each change is recorded in your site’s private repository, so any earlier version can be brought back.
Good to know
Your site is yours
Want to edit it yourself? If you’re comfortable with GitHub, we can give you access to your site’s repository. Anything you publish there goes live automatically.
Bigger work such as new pages or a redesign isn’t part of the monthly plan. We’ll quote it separately, before starting.
If you leave, we hand everything over: your repository moved to your own GitHub account, or a complete copy of your site. Your domain was always yours.
